Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Lou-bees purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Due to the nature of handmade and personal products, we cannot accept returns on used items unless they are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@lou-bees.store with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
